Psychological Well-being pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Sekolah Inklusif

This study aim to determine the dynamics of the psychological well-being in children with special needs in inclusive schools and the factors that affect the psychological well-being in children with special needs in inclusive schools. Data collection in this study was conducted using semi-structured interview techniques. Analysis of the data used refers to the opinions of Miles and Hubermen through 3 steps, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) The four research subjects had independence in carrying out daily activities and had good environmental control; 2) In determining the purpose of life, the four subjects have had their dreams, but have not been able to direct them; 3) The positive relationship of the subject to others, is influenced by the response of others to the subject. If the environment conducts bullying actions on the subject, then the subject feels threatened to be in the environment; 4) Factors that affect psychological well-being subjects in inclusive schools, namely economic, social, learning systems, and subject characteristics

Hash House Harriers Sebagai Olahraga Rekreasi Dalam Mencapai Kesehatan Dan Social Well-being

Kemajuan teknologi di satu sisi tidak sertamerta membuat kesehatan masyarakatmenjadi lebih baik. Oleh karena itulah masalah kesehatan tetap menjadi bagian yangpenting di era globalisasi ini. Salah satu cara pencegahan penyakit adalah denganberolahraga atau aktivitas fisik. Sekarang ini berkembang berbagai macam tawarankegiatan yang berfungsi untuk merawat kondisi tubuh dan psikologis, seperti berbagaimacam bentuk aktivitas fisik atau olahraga yang bersifat rekreatif.Untuk memilih suatu kegiatan atau aktivitas fisik yang bersifat olahraga rekreatifdipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti waktu yang tersedia, alat yang ada, ketrampilanyang dimiliki atau kesenangan terhadap kegiatan tertentu. Salah satu olahraga rekreatifyang dikenal dan eksis di Yogyakarta, adalah Hash House Harriers (HHH). Hash HouseHarriers yang mengusung semboyan fun, fitness, and friendship yang bermaknakesenangan, kebugaran, dan persahabatan sangat sesuai dengan falsafah olahraga sekaligusmembantu para member-nya (Hasher) untuk menjalin persahabatan dalam sebuahkomunitas untuk mencapai social well-being (kebahagiaan, kepuasan, dan kesejahteraan).Ada dua makna penting dari Hash House Harriers sebagai olahraga rekreasi, yaknidapat menciptakan kesehatan karena dapat meningkatkan kesegaran jasmani pesertanyadan dapat mengembangkan social well-being yang sangat dibutuhkan manusia demikebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan hidup, terutama dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri,memperbaiki rasa kebersamaan dan mendorong tumbuhnya rasa sosial

The Relationship Between Intelligence and Learning Motivation on Childrens with Special Need in Inclusive Elementary School

The research aimed to find out the corelation between intelligence and learning motivation in children with special need in inclusion elementary school. The data collecting technique used the learning motivation scale and Slosson Full Range Intelligence Test (S-FRIT). The data were analysed by used product moment correlation technique with SPSS 16. The data analysis result was correlation coefficient was 0.581 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05). It meant there was positive correlation between intelligence and learning motivation. The higher level of intelligence, the learning motivation is also higher; conversely the lower level of intelligence, the learning motivation is also lower. The coefficient determination was 0.337 contributing intelligence to improvement learning motivation was 33.70%. This suggests that 66.30% learning motivation subjects influenced by other factors which not included in this research

Mengungkap Landasan Filosofis Keilmuan Bimbingan Konseling Islam

This article examines the philosophical foundations of Islamic counseling guidance. Any scientific discipline produced by ijtihadi process must be historical. Therefore, the scientific status of a science is no longer placed parallel to the sacred doctrine, so it is taken for granted. Similarly, the existence of Islamic counseling guidance should not be placed higher above other counseling theories, or other scientific disciplines of counseling. Counseling process that is part of humanitarian activities, if used as one of the objects of scientific studies, should give birth to a scientific discipline that is historical. The right approach, therefore, appropriate for the study of it, would be more humanistic-transcendental rather than transcendental-theological. Based on the ontological studies, there is no significant ontological difference between Islamic counseling and other counseling disciplines. Both are only distinguished from the aspect of counselor status and spirit of morality that is used as paying counseling activities.---Artikel ini mengkaji tentang landasan filosofis keilmuan bimbingan konseling Islam. Setiap disiplin keilmuan dihasilkan berdasarkan proses ijtihadi pasti bersifat histories. Oleh karena itu, status keilmuan suatu ilmu tidak lagi harus ditempatkan sejajar dengan doktrin suci, sehingga bersifat taken for granted. Begitu pula dengan keberadaan bimbingan konseling Islam, sudah sepantasnya tidak ditempatkan lebih tinggi di atas teori-teori konseling yang lain, atau disiplin-disiplin keilmuan konseling lainnya. Proses konseling yang merupakan bagian dari aktifitas kemanusiaan, bila dijadikan sebagai salah satu obyek kajian keilmuan, seharusnya melahirkan suatu disiplin keilmuan yang bersifat histories. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan yang semestinya tepat untuk kajian mengenai hal itu lebih cocok bersifat humanistic-transendental, ketimbang teologis-transendental. Berdasarkan kajian ontologisnya, antara konseling Islam dengan disiplin konseling lainnya, tidak memiliki perbedaan landasan ontologis yang signifikan. Hubungan Antara Kinerja Lingkungan Dan Kinerja Komite Audit Dengan Kualitas Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (Pada Perusahaan Mamufaktur Di BEI)

This research is aiming investigated the relationship between environmental performance with the quality of corporate social responsibily disclosure, the relationship between audit commitee performance with environmental performance, and the relationship between audit commitee performance  with the quality of corporate social responsibily disclosure. Environmental performance is measured by ISO 14001 certificate. The proxy of audit commitee performance are audit commitee meeting, audit commitee report, audit charter. The quality of corporate social responsibily disclosure is measured by CSR index from Global Reporting Initiative. The number of samples used in this research were one hundred thirteen manufacturing company. The sampling method used  purposive sampling method. Data are taken from annual report 2010-2011 of the manufacture companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The examined technique hypothesis is mutiple regression by using SPSS program. The  result showed that environmental performance has a positif significant relationship with the quality of Corpoate Social Responsibility disclosure as the first hypothesis. The second hypothesis showed that environmental performance has a positif and sgnificant relationship with audit commitee performance. The third hypothesis showed that audit commitee performance has a positif and sgnificant relationship with the quality of Corpoate Social Responsibility disclosure

Studi Karakteristik Pencatuan Sel Surya Terhadap Suhu Dan Intensitas Cahaya Matahari Di Kota Cilegon

Keterbatasan tersedianya sumber energi fosil sebagai penghasil energi listrik, telah mendorong penelitian dan pengembangan kearah penggunaan sumber energi alternatif, salah satunya adalah sumber energi matahari. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan kajian yang lebih detail untuk memahami sistem listrik yang berasal dari sumber energi matahari ini. Peralatan yang digunakan untuk mengubah energi matahari menjadi energi listrik ini adalah sel surya. Dikarenakan energi dari matahari yang ditangkap oleh sel surya berubah-ubah maka perlu dilakukan pengkajian lebih lanjut mengenai efek dari Perubahan intensitas dan temperatur dari sinar matahari. Pengujian ini dilakukan di wilayah cilegon guna menentukan kelayakan penerapan sistem sel surya ini di kota Cilegon. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas karakterisktik sel surya terhadap Perubahan intensitas cahaya matahari dan suhu. Berdasarkan hasil studi maka didapatkan bahwa Perubahan intensitas matahari sangat berpengaruh terhadap karakteristik sel surya. Dari hasil penelitian dan pendekatan yang dilakukan maka nilai energi harian yang terendah didapatkan pada bulan Februari tahun 2014 yaitu 475,19 Wh dan tertinggi di bulan Oktober tahun 2014 yaitu 781,77 Wh
